Be free from damage or alteration
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
Be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)
This policy is designed to give you peace of mind when trying Kenetix for the first time — but it does not apply to items that have been worn, broken, or show signs of use.
To initiate a return, contact us at kenetix.au@gmail.com with the following:
Your order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Photo evidence (if damaged or faulty)
Our team will respond with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and shipping instructions.
Please don’t send any items back without an RA number — this helps ensure your return is processed quickly and correctly.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
For exchanges, any price differences will be handled at the time of replacement.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll replace or refund the item promptly and cover all return shipping costs for verified faults.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you’re welcome to return it under our 30-day policy, as long as the item remains in original condition.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cases are the responsibility of the customer.
